Discount Code Issue with Setup Fees on Pricing Plans

Good day,

I’m experiencing an issue applying a 100% discount code to pricing plans on my website. The code works perfectly for plans without a setup fee, but for plans with a setup fee, I receive the error: “There was a technical issue, and we couldn’t apply the coupon. Please try again.”

I’ve already contacted customer support, but the issue hasn’t been resolved, and it’s quite urgent since it’s for a pre-launch event. It seems the problem lies in how the discount interacts with setup fees. Has anyone else encountered this, or could someone offer guidance?

Havnt had to deal with this, but a quick workaround would be to remove all setup fees and incorporate them into the plan price.
