Currently we have a request to integrate more real time shipping carriers directly with us, you can vote for it here .
I did, however, do some research and found a possible solution. 
You can integrate Shippo with your Wix Store which is available in the Netherlands. Once integrated, you have the ability to add your own carrier account as mentioned in this Shippo article .
