Doing business as Error when submitting payment information

I have a client of mine and we are trying to set up her payment details so she can receive payouts via Wix. However, when we try to type in here “doing business as” for her LLC. We keep receiving this error : *Doing business as must contain 5-19 characters, with at least one letter. Allowed characters include: A-Z, a-z, digits, spaces and the symbols ,-,_,.,!,?,#,№.

Can someone assist on what to do to fix this? We have entered everything we know to enter.

I’m having the same issue. Did y you ever get this resolved?

I had this same issue but figured it out! You can only put up to 19 characters. If you exceed you will get the error message. This is not necessarily a DBA but what will show up on bank statements. We used a shortened version of our name for this.
