Hi,

I have a system in place that automatically sends a message when a user receives a private message in my custom chat.

But I don’t want that mail to be sent if that person already received a private message in the past hour (I’d like it to reset once the user reads the message);

How can I do this?

Can you elaborate on what you mean by system? Are your system implemented using Corvid?
