Drastic Drop in Blog Post Visits After Dec 10th – Need Help

Hello,

I’m experiencing a serious issue with my blog on Wix and I’m hoping someone here can help.

Until December 10th, every blog post I published triggered an automatic email notification to my subscribers, and this consistently drove significant traffic to each post (200–600 visits per post). However, since December 10th, I’ve noticed a dramatic drop in visits to my new blog posts. Now, I’m only seeing 5–10 visits per post, which is highly unusual.

Has anyone else experienced this issue recently? Could it be a bug, a configuration change on Wix’s side, or something I need to fix on my end?

Any advice or guidance would be greatly appreciated!

Same herre, Stephan. It’s a mystery to me. And the AI robot at WIX doesn’t seem to even understand the problem that I’m posing. Are there any humans there? I’m about to bounce out of WIX because of this shambolic mess.

Have you taken a look at things like Google Search console? There’s a chance that your site might not be ranking as highly as it previously was for specific keywords?

When it comes to the bot - it aims to connect you with the best Customer Care expert according to the information you provide (hence it asking various questions).

If that doesn’t work, I’ve heard replying asking to “speak to a human” or something to that effect has worked :slight_smile:
