I would consider go to your home page and enable Page Rendering Cache. Go to Page Settings on your home page in Wix Editor och click Advanced and enable page rendering cache. I think that will speed up your page a lot.
Then when you have both blog posts, Wix Stores products and more on first page loaded all at once that can be tricky to speed ut below 3 seconds for painting. The fully loaded average is 7.0 seconds so your 21.1 seconds is not good.
What you should consider as well is looking to NOT have a full screen video loaded and also make sure to squeeze your images in size. Wix do not compress images as it is for now.

i noticed under settings the advanced tab is absent, but have inquired via WIX support,
would it be the only route to enable Page Rendering?
or could i enable Page Rendering using code?
