Editing a dataset on a page

Anyone know how to set up a website so that people can edit a dataset on a live web page rather than have to log into the dashboard?

I have set up a form to enable my client to add information to a dataset but cannot figure out how to set up a way to edit the information on the same page, possibly through a form or something…?

Is this possible?
