Hello everyone! I have a problem with animations. Every time I try to animate an element and press ‘preview,’ the animation doesn’t appear. I called customer service, and once they logged into my account, they could see the animation preview, but I couldn’t. I’ve tried both Mozilla and Chrome. Do you happen to have any idea what could be causing this? Building a website without being able to see the animation preview before publishing it is a big limitation

And are you referring to these animations?
yes, I am talking exactly about those animations. I am referring to both text and image
That’s weird. preview works for me when I click on one of the animations, or when i click on the play button. and also when i preview the site. I am using chrome.
Would you like maybe to share your site and we can try to take a closer look?

Problem solved.
It was an hardware problem of my pc.
