Is there a way to save sections as templates to draw from network or even site wide? Let’s say I have my own particular designs for testimonial I like to use. Instead of redesigning it Everytime

This is actually a very often requested feature. The only thing that comes close to this is what we are calling the reusable parts. There was a round table on this a month or so ago - you can watch it here: Wix Experts Round Table: Wix Reusable Components - YouTube
Plus show hide button in webview not just mobile. Last I gotta find an easier to control transparent headers plus light section dark section scroll over for header. Plus make and save headers and footers as templates.
