Our customers reported very serious issue related to the Elfsight and Chaty apps in Wix Dashboard.
When you open WhatsApp & Chat Buttons: Chaty app in your Wix Dashboard and right after that open Elfsight WhatsApp Chat app, if you click the ‘Upgrade’ button (in Elfsight WhatsApp Chat) you’ll be redirected to the Chaty upgrade page, not Elfsight.
It looks weird, like a fraud scheme, and this can lead to significant Elfsight customer dissatisfaction and a loss of trust in Elfsight services. Please investigate this matter properly to ensure the integrity of our offerings and protect our customers.
