So now that Webhooks are back in the WIX Partner automation system I wanted to have emails sent to the sales division only when a lead has a phone number.
This will require you to have a Zapier premium account to accomplish. I am sure there are other pieces of software that could do this, if you know of one please feel free to share in the comments.
On the Wix side
You are going to set up an automation that triggers when a new lead is created or enters a new section of your workflow. This will then trigger a webhook and you are going to want to pull all values. though the contacts.phone is not listed it is part of the data pool.
On the Zap Side
you can pretty much just use the link below to install the full workflow. Make sure to change the email so I am not getting all of your leads lol
You could set this us to trigger emails any time the card is moved or to remind the seams team to give one last call after a lead hasn’t been responsive or before you decide to archive it.
I hope this helps and hopefully more people than just me. I know it really only saves a few clicks but isn’t that what automation is all about.
