Currently, the refund button is disabled under Finance>Payments for a specific transaction when the payment method is “Pay in Person” / “Offline Payments.” We have had some instances where we have to go back and refund via our accounting tool of record & paper check but my client wishes to show the refund in WIX also to ensure Wix Payments aligns to the true journal. Is this possible?
