Error after transfer - Art Store - Can't ship to United States

I have recently transferred a Wix Art Store site to the owner. Several sample purchases have been made and received prior to the transfer. Following transfer, I started receiving the following message when clicking on checkout. The message prevents checkout to be completed. This started happening yesterday 9/19/2019. I have created tickets for both Wix and Order a Print providers. Has anyone else seen this issue before? I suspect either a setting was lost during transfer or a new bug in the Art Store purchase functionality.

The error in Red font displayed in top right when clicking on Checkout was something like Product can’t ship to the United States. Please edit or remove product from shopping cart.

Hey Sonny! Have you tried reaching out to our support team to see what may be causing this? If it’s a bug, it’s best they know so a solution is worked on. :+1:t4:

This issue has been referred to Wix development. The problem is the user account that uploaded the artwork must be the same as the site owner, which following a site transfer of course does not match. I was told this was a known issue (2 weeks later) and to reload my images. I did as instructed logged in as the owner and the error went away allowing the purchase. So happy this workaround was received!
