@autore Yes, I submitted a request for a callback. I got the usual response that I’ve experienced before. paraphrase: “This is a technical problem and the relevant team isn’t available on the weekend. The earliest they can look at it is Monday”.
Wix is a commercial platform advertising 24/7 support. When a commercial user’s site is essentially ‘broken’ and one gets the above response (which I have had on more than one occasion), it says loudly that “24/7 support” is true only superficially. My sites have been ‘broken’ multiple times during it’s busiest times - on the weekends. All I can do is tell our users how Wix treats these issues. Not a good look for a website host that brazenly advertises “24/7” support.
