Error with javascript in header Cannot use JSX unless the '--jsx' flag is provided

So I added a Javascript provided by my client from a company he is utilizing. I am getting the Cannot use JSX unless the ‘–JSX’ flag is provided.

Can someone please shed some light on this issue.
