Errors in Wix Forum

Question:
A site using Wix Forum that I manage has recently developed multiple different bugs.

Product:
Wix Editor

What are you trying to achieve:
I want the bugs and errors that are affecting the site to go away. The site has 2000 members, and I think that this may be causing some of the bugs.

What have you already tried:
I looked at the help articles from the editor that relate to errors in Wix Forum. None of them were relevant.

Additional information:
List of errors:

  • Users unable to add members to groups
  • Users unable to create new topics
  • Group Admins unable to edit tabs in groups

and also the error
groups-web.toast.error.application.fetchSettings
Request failed with status code 503

All of these only seem to affect users on PC.

This is still a problem, and it’s getting worse. More functions fail to work now.

Addendum: Sometimes, the site’s “likes” and reactions feature sometimes breaks for short periods of time. I believe this is due to the high traffic on the site and the 2000+ members there. We closed it for maintenance earlier today though, and the site’s performance has improved substantially.

The site is also run on the Wix Basic Plan, and the relatively limited storage/bandwidth/features probably contribute to the issues too (forgive me if this is incorrect though).
