Hello all,

I would like to:
Set up a form which users can use to sign up to a training. Based on the available dates and how many subscribers from 1 location, the form has to view optional training dates.

For example; If the amount of subscribers for an event that takes place at the 31st of october from location x is 2. The event at the 31st of october shouldnt show unless someone of location y wants to subscribe.

Once someone choose a date and confirmed this two more dates have to sign up. Luckily this aren’t variable dates. It is just information which need to display.

Also; the total amount of subscribers per event can be 10. Once this limit is reached the event should not show up in the calander anymore. Also an admin email has to be send automaticly to inform us that the limit has been reached.

After signing up user have to receive a confirmation email.

What is the best way to make this work? Can this be done by using plugins? If so, what plugins and how?

Solution 2 with coding:
You can do this but it is not a question to answer here how to do it because this is a larger project and not just a simple fix :slight_smile:
