Example: Google Sheets NPM

Hi, can someone please help me get started with this? I am fairly tech savvy but a js code newbie. When I open the example everything appears to work and I can put in the data for the first two fields and get checkmarks, but the “Get Code” button never gets enabled. What am I doing wrong? Thanks!
