Hi, How can I use extract product and category data (from WIX system) using javascript?

Could you please explain a little more what you’re trying to do? Do you want to use a collection (database)? What are the fields (columns) that would be in the collection?

As a followup…

Are you trying to extract data from a Wix eCommerce application? If so, this functionality is not currently supported. Integration with ecom will be available soon.

If this is not the case, please explain what you’re trying to do.

Hi, We are trying to extract/provide datafeeds(via RESTAPI) from WIX products and category database to our partner so that the product info can be displayed in our partner website. Thanks

And this datafeed is from a Wix ecom application?

i suppose so as the database e.g product is not created by us.

There currently is no API support for the Wix ecom application. This is currently being worked on and will be available in the near future.

any planned date for that? Meanwhile, any features that we can use to manually export out the data?

No date yet, but it’s currently being worked on.

I would suggest checking the Wix support forums for more information. For example, try searching the Wix Stores forum for “export stores”. You will find a number of export options that might be suitable for your needs until the full WixCode integration is available.
