FEATURE REQUEST: Ascend Inbox Thread + Subject Lines

It would be so great if email threads were created when sending out replies through the CRM Inbox.

At present, when you have communications with a contact via the Inbox, the contact receives a new email every time we reply. Meaning there’s no email thread of the previous correspondance.

We might see all previous messages and replies through the dashboard, but the contact’s email inbox gets full with individual email replies every time we reply to them.

It would also be great to customise subject lines for every email sent from Wix Inbox, rather than a generic, universal subject line that we currently have to use.
