I have a client‘s site which is a secure dog waking field. I’m trying to set up an automated email which is triggered at booking & then sent to the customer with a security code for the gate. Automations are currently not set up for service bookings

I understand you can customise the booking confirmation email, however, it’s pretty boring.

I would prefer a HTML rich email. Right now it’s plain text, no design, nothing.
