Workflows would be alot better if we could add custom fields for information and for links in emails.

Because in Wix you can create email templates with dynamic variables. You can adapt and customize your workflows at each stage. Have you contacted support to see if what you want to do is already in place at Wix ?
Right, I’m asking for us to be able to add custom fields as dynamic variables.
