Feature Request: VAT Deduction at Cart Page and Checkout Page

Currently it’s either:
1- VAT inclusive (no deduction at cart or checkout)
2- VAT exclusive (VAT is added at cart or checkout)

Requesting to add the third option:
VAT inclusive with ability to deduct it at view cart page and checkout.
That’s to comply with legal requirement to show prices VAT inclusive and at same time to remove VAT where it’s not collected.
