I have had a few clients ask for the ability to schedule a video to be released on a particular time/date similar to the way youtube does https://support.google.com/youtube/answer/1270709?hl=en

Currently, you are able to schedule videos only within channels however. Not individual videos.

Thank you, I do see that I can schedule a video within a channel but the video itself is still shown under all videos so the user can still see it before it’s scheduled time in this section.
It would be great if we can make it so the user can’t view it until the scheduled time.

Is there any update on this? I’ve wanted this feature for a long time. As someone who works with virtual fitness pros (who also happens to be one) we need a feature that will allow us to post our content replays for a 24 hour period to satisfy music licensing laws. Currently I have to manually go in and hide my videos by using the channel feature. I’d like to be able to set the day/time my video goes live and allow it to be up for a 24 hour period of time. I can’t use the pay per view option because “On demand” is not allowed with music licensing and you have to work with a music artist individually to “negotiatate” - think product placements or permission to use a song in a blockbuster film.
