#FeatureRequest: Allow placement of clickable URLs in "Description" field of Wix Pro Gallery pictures

Yes I know what you mean but that’s not it. I left the setting as “Nothing happens” instead of “a link opens”.

So the desired outcome is for a short text + URL to pop up as an overlay on the picture in the Pro Gallery whenever a user either mouseovers or clicks on a picture with a mouse (on desktop), or whenever a user touches a picture (on mobile). Also in the Pro Gallery “Settings” > “Layout” tab, I have also clicked on “Customize Layout” and ticked “Description” as info to display. You may refer to the screenshot below to see how I have achieved the effect by inputting my desired text into the “Description” field within “Manage Media” tool.

Unfortunately, the description text is non-clickable and is view-only. My feature request is for this description text to be a clickable item to achieve desired effect 2 as per my first entry.

Edit: I have also tested your method and I’m starting to see it as a viable solution, but how do I add an underline effect only to part of the text placed in the picture’s “Description” field? Assuming that I want to have both a short non underlined text, and followed by the underlined link call to action text.
