This is a great feature request!
As a workaround, I believe you may be able to connect Printful to Wix as long as you use Ecwid as a third-party link between the two.
You can go here to learn how to connect your Ecwid store with your Printful account, then visit our App Market to add here the Ecwid Online Store.
