Sometimes the product weight is too much like the robots which cannot be shipped through the air freight and shipping companies deny for service so only we left with sea freight method. This service is not provided online mostly by any freight companies.
Wix should add a two step payment feature. According to this feature, Wix should give us the power to add a button to customer profile during accepting of order. It should be on us to add a button to customer account or not like a off/on button according to a product type.
When we will enable it so, after first payment whenever we will have a information about a shipping charges, we will update it under customer account. Customer will get notification by email etc that xyz company has added 2nd payment which you have to pay for fully processing your order.
So, customer will do2nd payment & like paypal/payoneer , alerts should be sent automatically for payment clearance. We should have to add a date as well till before customer has to pay, if customer don’t want the product, there should be a option to reject order as well under customer profile.
