view the content of word type files from database in a dynamic page

You can read from text fields in a database, but not word files. Can you give more specifics as to why? Just curious.
It will be great to just upload word file that contains a certain article from my computer to a certain article database (file field) and view it to my site visitors through my dynamic page without need to use this text fields which have two forms one for live and one for editor also its difficult to use this text fields with RTL Languages
