Features that Wix Has Removed?

The following are useful features that have been removed making it more difficult to operate the back-end of things:

  • You can no longer view the Pricing Plans/Subscriptions of a customer within the Contact details of that customer when you access their account, within the Wix Owners app. Yet this is still an available element within desktop. I don’t understand unless this happens to be a bug. The Subscriptions tab within the Owners app is only reliable if your business only manages 3-4 subscriptions, as without the option to Search for a contact within it, it’s not useful when you have thousands of subscriptions and contacts with multiple. It was better when we were able easily to view all of their Subscription/Pricing Plan information within their respective account.

  • You can no longer mass-filter the Calendar by service Type. You used to be able to hide/view all Classes, Courses or Appointments. Now if you wanted to do that you would manually need to select each service which is very time consuming.

I have reached out to the Pricing Plan team regarding these recent changes and confirmed the team is working on a fix for this. You can reach out to support if you would like to be notified via e-mail when it is pushed out.

As for the Bookings Calendar, this is a new Calendar that has been released, so your feedback is very important to us during this transition and noted. #WixBookings

I see that the pricing plan/subscription element has now also been removed from the Contact section in desktop… what’s going on???
