Fixed header scroll trigger point

Is it possible to change the trigger point for a fixed scroll effect header with a transition?

For now, it only scrolls up when I am 250 px down the page, but I would like it to scroll up sooner, is this possible?

Unfortunately you can not change this setting at the moment,
