Follow up on the same thread (email)

At this moment, when sending a message through the Partner inbox, the client or lead gets a new email rather than a follow-up for the same one.

Most of the time, sending a new email to answer a question or thank the lead for something feels off and provides an unpleasant and bot-like experience.

It would be perfect if we can choose if the message we send is new or a follow-up.
