Font issue in CMS system

I have a site here.

where the Bold version of the font is NOT loading even though indicated in the CMS and font is loaded in the SITE has anyone had the same problem and how to fix it.

The screen shot show my issue. From left two right.

Try to remove the bold (B) from the database - use only the paragraph style (H3).
In the rich-content setting panel set the right font type for Heading 3
