Footer of Order Confirmation Email does not accept line break.

It is found that footer of Order Confirmation Email does not accept line break.
Settings > Store Settings → Order Confirmation → Footer-> Save and Preview

Whereas Shipping Confirmation Email accept line break.
Settings > Store Settings → Order Confirmation → Footer-> Save and Preview

Please help.
