I tried embeding a CallRail form that they generate but that didn’t even display on page.

It seems clear the answer is just to have Wix capture at the data layer the referral source and to pass that along with the submitted form. As an added bonus if you could share the original landing page and make all this compliant with CCPA. This would make me extremely happy and grateful as well as saving me significantly monthly ($40-200/m) .
