Question:
I want to create a form, however if they click ‘yes’ button i want to show certain buttons if they click ‘no’ i want them to be sent to the next section.
I also want the data to be collected in CMS in one of my collections.
I have thought about using slides etc however find conflicting information online.
Any help would be much appreciated

What are you trying to achieve:
When ‘yes’ is selected to show other questions
When ‘no’ is selected jump to next section

Multistep form with conditional however it wont let me collect this data

To be honest, I don{t understand the question. You can make a bunch of fields on a form (inside a multistep) with a box around it, which is collapsed by default. If they click tes, you expand it. And when whole form is filled, you save it to the db.
A question; do you use wix data or wix datasets?

DO you mean doing this in Velo or just the Wix Form?
Was afraid of that. I know nothing about Wix Forms or datasets. I only use wix data and Velo, meaning doing everything with Velo input elements and code. Sorry, hope someone else might be able to help you.
