Form fields have a mind of their own

I am building a lead generation page for buyers on a real estate website. Here’s the idea:

Buyers goto the website and complete the custom form
The info submitted by the buyer is collected in my “Buyers Dataset”

The form fields are not staying formatted to any design once placed in a container. The issue seems to be only in the containers that are collapsed

Please help!
