I’m trying to setup a multiple choice Field,

My first issue is that I can’t connect the multiple choice to a collection, I don’t understand why?

I need to have the checked boxes compiled to a field, and/or to be send to my email adress with the others infos such as lastname, name, email user, and the checked boxes
Also, the website isn’t online yet, it’s not published, does that make a difference?
