Form submission button and success text, keeps reseting to default

hi
whenever i change the text submit button or success text, it stays changed, lets me update other texts on the page, but when i reload the page, it just resets to default “Send” and “Thanks for submitting”

This also happens when i try to create forms on other pages.

Anyone know how to workaround this bug?
