Hi all! I’m trying to transfer the ownership of a site I’ve built to the client. She received the invitation and accepted it, she put her billing information and then reviewed the domain contact info. When she tries to complete the transfer, however, it keeps telling her “form validation error”. We tried changing the contact info and checked several times for all the details. Everything seems to be ok, but no luck at all. Any help? What does the validation error refer to?

Hmmm, I would definitely reach out to support regarding this - sounds like maybe something is prohibiting the completion of the transfer. They should be able to take a closer look. Good luck!
