Form with dynamic title

Hello. I have a created a dynamic gallery page with filtering options. The Items in the gallery are each photos of an artwork that is for sale. The gallery references each image, title, and description from a dataset. I see that I have an option to add a link to each item in the data set. I would like to have each item link to a form in order for the viewer to inquire about the artwork.

Question: Is it possible to link to a standard form and have the form reference the specific artwork title in the existing dataset so when I get the email, I know what work the person is inquiring about?

Have you seen that tutorial? It sounds similar to what you want to achieve.

The missing part with the email could be done with a webhook or wix automation/zapier.
