I would say attempting to try to cover all of the bases to a professional degree isn’t very practical if you are currently a one man show. I’d take a step back and look at the various service offerings and determine which ones you think you can provide the highest tier of service in and that you find most enjoyable to do.
The few leads a day you receive are based on the services you have selected, therefore if you have every service option selected, you will be all over the place and trying to learn while in the middle of a project isn’t exactly best practice for a paid engagement.
Stick to what you’re good at initially, double down on the details of those 2-4 services and build your reputation and client base. From there, you should begin learning at the high level the other specializations so that you can properly outsource/hire team members to fill those gaps that will enable you to offer those services on top of the ones you currently handle alone.
