Can traffic analytics by gender be added to the analytics and reports dashboard?
Hi Christina, at this time I believe you can only view People reports in the following categories.

Top Paying Customers
-
Customers over Time
-
Contacts over Time
-
Paying Subscribers over Time
You can learn more here .
However, with Google Analytics you can view your demographics and audience reports. You can find out more here .
