I really appreciate you both getting back to me, this is helpful. I’m just not sure I have the skillset to figure this out. I have a really hard time setting up automations and don’t sell regular class passes like most studios. Having my folks fill out a form would be confusing for them as well, my population needs things as simple as possible, as do I. I’ve let the developers know we need to have a gift certificiate option for bookings and services. It’s mindblowing to me that with how big wix is this has not been thought of or addressed. It’s a huge disadvantage to its customers.
