Greetings, "related items" or "people also looked for" section on the bottom of a item's page

Greetings, I would like to know the code to add a “related items” or “people also looked for” section on the bottom of my item’s page. I am not selling anything as it is a magazine website and the only items available are pics. Also i would like to know how to add the feature without the titles “people also looked for” or “related items” Thank you.
