Hi, SEO guy here. I like where your heads at thinking about keywords and H tags for SEO. However, my advice is to keep your H1 tags out of the drop down menu, and instead have only one H1 tag on each page that sums up what the page is about. You can then set multiple H2 tags throughout the page on long tail keyword headings, and bold keyword phrases throughout your paragraph text. This will give much better SEO.
for some reason google is not finding my hidden pages… show this page in search results is enabled…
