Go to Add Panel → More (at the very bottom)
Find “Document Buttons” on the right side. Choose any button. This opens up the Media Manager. Upload your document, select it and click “Add to Page”
A document button is created which links to your uploaded document.
You can also link menu items, other buttons or text to open Documents.
