Did you not see the lower case h on my email??? Anyone with any knowledge would realize it was a typo error by someone who thought they lost part of their website. But you in fact did SHOUT at me. Now one of the web designers on WiX’s listings has screwed up more of my account after my paying him. So I will copy your nasty note and give WiX a negative review where ever I can. Their customer service is non-existent…No chat; no email and no phone support. Shame on you and them. It’s costing me for a site that is all screwed up.
@lindakase I asked for more information about your problem. You never replied. We’re here to help, but we can’t do a thing if we don’t have the appropriate information.
@yisrael-wix I never replied because I was upset and you were nasty. I hired someone to help me and I don’t know why after using him and paying for his help ($200), when I contacted him for more help - and was willing to pay for that help - he left me hanging. And then other parts of my site stopped working so I removed his access. You can go to my site and see the problems: lifeinartminerals . My last request to him was for a “Sign In Page”; for him to fix the Home Page: gallery titles and photos were only linked on 2 of the 6 Gallery Photos. He didn’t fix anything and then my “Our Services” page content disappeared and I couldn’t get it back. So I gave up and am trying to decide what to do. I reached out again a week ago to WIX. I was willing to pay to get the things corrected but didn’t want to get stuck with another developer. I said I needed technical support, not design support. So here I sit, with a lot of time, effort and money down the drain, everything I did (web site; pay pal, google business mail) is connected via WIX and I don’t have any idea of how to change to another service. 5 years ago I set up a website on Yahoo with their program, no problems, came out great, kept if for 5 years (stopped selling my children’s book, so cancelled the site.) Never thought WIX (although it does much more) would be impossible to set up…wasn’t looking for too many bells and whistles, just wanted a site that would work. I need to be able to change and add products myself, once the site works, but don’t need to be able to do anything else of any difficulty. So now you have a lot of information, can you help? Or, at least put me in contact with someone who would?

Regarding your dilemma, Wix does not provide development services, but we do provide technical support. Please let us know what your issues are and we’ll see if we can help.
@yisrael-wix Okay, I stopped working on the site because of some family issues. I started again today and am very frustrated. First, what is the difference between development services and technical support: How about some technical support: When I open my site in editor, it looks fine. When I move my mouse to click on a button everything disappears except the header…all photos, all text, everything. There was a note under Save that Auto Save was on…to press Control…Shift…A to shut Auto Save off…couldn’t do it. I am trying to copy the “Store Policies” (in footer) onto the Store Policies page. No can do. Tried Copy and Paste from the site and also from word…stays blank. It was on the page before, but not now…also just gone., The basic layout and pages and photos…all work fine. Even the site on a cell works okay. I am willing to hire someone who could just fix these few things. So is it development or troubleshooting. Please help…
If you are struggling and can’t do anything yourself, then try using Wix Arena .

Where are you having the problem? In the Editor, or when running your site (Preview/Live). Is the WixTrainingAcademy providing the help you need? Is there any way I can be of assistance?

Help, I am not yelling…I am begging: The Wix Training Academy only did one thing, take my $200. So now I am out several hundred dollars from one of your so called “Experts” and am now waiting for a refund from the second: Wix Training Academy, since they did nothing…but take my money. They are off the grid. Not even an email to let me know why they are not fixing my site as agreed. I want to cancel WIX also… it is the worst experience I have ever had on the internet. If this is Premium, I can’t imagine how you stay in business. Unfortunately, I just started reading all the terrible reviews of WIX all over the internet. I would sincerely recommend anyone interested in setting up a website go to any organization besides WIX unless you are an experienced website developer. I want out…but I want my website: lifeinartminerals.com web address backl!!! I will set up my site with some other organization that offers at least some minimum help. My site is a disaster, I have 4 shows coming up and NO SITE, no help, no nothing. I have spent hours and hours setting up the site. Asking and paying for help and I am worse off than I was before. So @Yisael(Wix) please tell me how I can get my site back and my money back, I paid for a full year of Premium WIX and did not get my website address from Wix. I want out!!!
