when I try to open my live database tru the editor or the dashboard I seem to get an error message, I tested my network and it was all good and I also tried to load it on a different network but it didn’t work. Since I haven’t got any response from the wix help desk I am trying it here. I hope someone can help me, Thanks in advance. Martijn, Local Factory.
Try opening it in a different browser. I have the same problem, but for me it works if I try to open on a different computer or in the Edge browser. I think it has something to do with the plugins I use in chrome. Not sure. But I would try to use a different browser or go incognito mode.
