I’m building a matchmaker (MM) website.
I built a dynamic page of single with all his/her details and the “find me a match” button.
When the MM press this button, it linked to another page with all the matches based on the single search definitions. Then if the MM wants to send a suggestion to the single (from the list or the suggestion page), he/she presses the “send suggestion” button (via mail or WhatsApp) and the single get a page with the suggestion details, include “accept” or “no thanks” buttons.
So my question is: how I can implement this? I need to save the single detail and the suggestion so I can present it on the page the single get, but I don’t know how.

Edited: NOTE that only the MM have access to the website, the single is not a member (only get match suggestions).
