Help? Smooth Scrolling

So I’m totally stumped and cannot find anything about this anywhere in my searches, so I’m hoping someone here can point me in the right direction… I have a client that wants ‘smooth scrolling’ on their website, like this site here: About Us - SLG Brands

I have found out all sorts of neat things about using parallax and other tools, but nothing lets me set the way the screen scrolls. The example site About Us - SLG Brands is smooth, but almost every other website I look at is a choppy scroll - like on this site here: https://www.t-mobile.com/

I’m building my site in Editor X.

Any guidance is greatly appreciated!

HI! What you’re showing there is what I was able to build on my own, and the client was happy with it. It’s not as smooth as the example they showed, but they said ‘good enough’. Thank you for your offer.
